Our organisation: Maneru AgriCycle® Private Limited is incorporated primarily to solve issues such as
food waste that arise from municipal and agriculture industries.
1. Prevent actions of wastage Analyse where waste is generated and develop methods to prevent waste at farmers' level, logistics and shops, and at consumers' level, thus stopping food becomes waste and then dumped/ landfilled/ or burned which cause pollution and health issues. | 2. Develop farm inputs Sustainable and natural fertilisers, materials find use in infrastructure and others from waste. This reduced water, air and soil contamination with excessive use of synthetic and no-renewable chemicals (insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides). |

Provide safe food to consumers Consumers are provided a choice with information about source of their Food and how it is grown whether sustainable and used natural farm inputs to take an informative choice. | 4. Support farmers/ growers/ labors/ small-businesses Minimise cost of inputs and provide marketing and storage solutions, thus support farmers right from production to marketing then to sale. |
Our Team
Our organisation is an equal opportunities provider from different communities, and primarily focuses on empowering rural women, youth and older citizens and disabled.
We believe in women empowerment and key to achieve overall development of society.
At the moment, we have 90% of our staff women - mostly women with school going children who burdened to look after children. This category of women have burden to look after little children, cook and clean their house and need to generate income for welfare of their family. These challenges make her at risk of long-term unemployed as no employer ready for their time-window between 9 am to 7 pm. We are proud to employ such women with difficulties.
